Sustainable cooking
Sustainable cooking! Sustainable cooking can mean different things. It can mean that we use cookware that lasts a lifetime and can be passed on through generations. Think of how much love a cast iron pan will see through the generations. To be able to cook with the same utensils as my grandmother feels so good inside as if she gives me a big hug every time. Sustainable cooking can also mean using ingredients that are locally produced. Sustainable packaging with recyclable materials or that goods are carried home in reusable carrier bags. In this section, I will explore how we can live more sustainably and at the same time a whole lot more healthier. We will take a journey through pots and pans as well as storage containers and utensils. We will also look at how we can get better at being both sustainable and healthy. Of course, we will also look at how to choose the food we cook and how different diets affect sustainability and health. Come with me on the journey!
