Large Cinnamon sticks approx 15cm. Cinnamomum zeylanicum.

Cinnamon has a wide variety of uses. It has widely been used both medicinally and culinary. Apart from these rolls off cinnamon being very pretty and would grace any potpourri with its presence, they are fab to put in water for a little oriental twist.
Serving suggestion:
You will need
A pretty bottle
A cinnamon stick
A small piece of fresh ginger.
Spring water
Put all ingredients in bottle and keep in fridge, mmmm very tasty.
